Schedule of certification

	Annual	Intermediate
Spring reception	February 8-19	May 25 - June 05
Autumn reception	September 8-19	May 25 - June 05

Two weeks before the beginning of the regular certification period of the department, where the candidates of the degree of Doctor of Philosophy study, submit to the department of postgraduate and doctoral studies information on the date, time and place of the meeting of the department at which the certification will take place.

Chairs provide the following documents by the end of the certification period:   

1. Excerpt from the protocol of the meeting of the department at all.

2. Report for the reporting period with the response (to work on the thesis) and the evaluation of the supervisor.

3. Individual postgraduate work plan (annual certification).
